Dean Fouache is a full-time professional Performance Coach with more than 13 years experience in professional sports. He has worked in Super League Rugby League, Welsh Premiership Rugby Union, International Rugby League and National and Commonwealth Fencing.
Having provided Performance Coaching and Race Support to some of the best racing drivers in the world including former F1 World Champion Jenson Button, former Ferrari F1 runner up Rubens Barrichello, Nismo Formula E driver Oliver Rowland, and 9 times British Karting Champion Ben Barnicoat Dean has a wealth of experience cross a wide range of Motorsport categories, formulas and championships.
Currently (2021) Dean focuses his efforts on three major projects –
Helping Williams Development Driver and Mclaren Autosport Award Winner Dan Ticktum as he aims to win the Formula 2 World Championship with Carlin Racing and progress to a Full Time Formula One drive in 2022.
Supporting Frank Bird in his assault on the GT World Challenge Europe with WRT Audi, in both the Endurance and Sprint Championships and finally working as Head of Physical Performance with Elite Driver Management overseeing the development of multiple British and International Kartering Champions such as Kanato Le, Ollie Greenall, Jenson Graham & Vinnie Phillips.
Dean is an Accredited Strength and Coaching Coach with the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association, has studied a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning at Cardiff Metropolitan University and was awarded the Highly Prestigious Award of Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year in 2014 by the UKSCA.
Optimal Performance Nutrition Coach
Joe Matthews is a certified online nutrition coach currently based in the UK and works with clients internationally.
As an athlete nutrition coach, Joe works with a variety of world-class and up-and-coming athletes who want to compete at optimal performance in high-intensity sports such as Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, Formula 2 Racing Driving, Bodybuilding, Rugby and Football.
Joe is currently the performance nutritionist for Dan Ticktum the Formula 2 Williams Development Driver.
As a 10-year online personal training industry professional with a solid dedication to performance nutrition, Joe constantly has his focus on ensuring his clients get that 1% edge over their opponents.
After studying sport and business, he went on to gain an Advanced Personal Training & Nutrition Qualification.
Over time Joe realised that his personal training clients’ work-life balance called for a more convenient option when it came to their nutrition, so he co-founded his first online performance meal delivery company. This led to his involvement in working with world-class athletes in the CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting arenas by supporting them with their performance nutrition.
Optimal Performance Nutrition Coach Joe Matthews is now the co-founder of Oakmont Fitness and is dedicated to serving both world-class athletes along with the up-and-coming generation of athletes.
Working directly with Strength Conditioning & Performance Coach, Dean Fouache, who provides the conditioning programmes, and with Joe providing the nutrition programmes, the pair synergise together to form an elite-level service for elite-level athletes.
Athlete and Human Development Consultant
As an employee of the British Government, David McMillan worked within Royal residences and Palaces, as well as Government Establishments all over the world.
As part of that long career, he found himself in some the world’s most challenging countries and environments, where terrorism and civil war
were a constant.
Later, he moved to International Motorsports, including World Rally, World Sports Cars and more specifically Formula One (F1).
In over two and a half decades David has worked full-time for six F1 teams including Stewart Grand Prix with Sir Jackie Stewart, Jaguar Racing, Arrows Grand Prix, Jordan Grand Prix and Red Bull Racing.
He has also consulted for many others such as Force India, Lotus, McLaren, Racing Point, and Renault and Williams F1 teams.
Over the course of this long career, David took part in over 250 Grand Prix and some six or seven hundred high-pressure pit-stops for drivers such as David Coulthard, Johnny Herbert, Eddie Irvine, Ruben Barrichello, Jos Verstappen, Giancarlo Fisichella, Nick Heidfeld, Takumo Sato & Mark Webber.
In his spare time, David has climbed in the Himalayas on thirteen occasions, three times on 8000m peaks, Cho Oyu, Mt Everest and Shishapangma.
As a ‘Performance Coach’ his clients include Formula One personnel, racing drivers, Olympian’s, Public Figures and Business Directors.
