TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

The following terms and conditions apply as your contract for training with Fouache Performance.

PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

THE PROGRAMME

As a professional Strength and Conditioning Coach I am dedicated to providing my clients with a training regime and advice designed to enable the achievement of their stated goals.  The exercise programme and any dietary advice will be thoroughly explained prior to the signature of this contract.

Failure to adhere to the exercise principles or ignoring dietary advice will seriously decrease the effectiveness of the regime and ultimately, the achievements made.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

To achieve success in your programme, it is very important for you to be disciplined about your training and to keep the sessions planned.  I will endeavour, as far as possible, to give a regular session time and day that will be agreed prior to the programme consent.  I fully understand that sessions may, for whatever reason, have to be altered or cancelled.  I will try as far as possible to reschedule appointments. However, cancellations at less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Each session will be programmed for one hour, unless you have a time constraint.  In this case please inform me prior to the session commencing.

Lateness to arrive for a session will mean your session is foreshortened.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Strength and Conditioning Fees

1. The fees include all costs applicable to the programme, excluding clothing and footwear.

2. Fees for a TPI assessment and testing are payable at the time of the test or will be included in the invoice for the Strength and Conditioning program.  All clients are advised to be assessed on a 6-weekly basis to track progress.

3. Strength and Conditioning and Performance Coaching is available in the following formats:

A. “One to one” Strength and Conditioning.

B. “Shared training” it is possible for up to 3 people to share a training session at an additional cost per extra person. This can be a very attractive and economical way to exercise to achieve common goals.

Payment can be made in cash, cheque or by bank transfer.
